The Tofu was a nice texture (fried but not battered). I'll request the sauce on the side next time. I appreciated that the restaurant heeded my request for sriracha, sent several packets. The Kimchi Pancake was strange. I expected a single, large, thin pancake & did not enjoy the thick, dense, small pancakes. There was little kimchee to them, but a ton of pork & heavy batter. "
