"My first order from this restaurant was a great experience. After reading reviews and watching TikTok videos, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. The wings were perfectly crunchy and juicy—unlike others that are often fried hard and lose their tenderness even with attempts to drown them in sauce. The eggrolls were tasty, though adding cheese and a sprinkle of extra Parmesan on top would take them to the next level. Everything arrived warm and fresh. When I called the restaurant with questions about the menu and website, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, providing extra details about their menu specials and navigating within their website. The customer service was outstanding! I’m excited to order again and even visit for dine-in. I’ve already recommended this place to family and friends who are willing to travel just to try it. Portion size was very generous, flavor was exceptional but I've gone to eat at this place before so I'm not surprised. Meat comes right off the bone.- only once did I find them to be overcooked -on the really dried out side. I think it was because it was at the end of dinner rush, huge crowd that night. Even though it was packed and busy the manager was kind enough to actually talk with me-looked at the ribs and agreed not to its normal standards. And offered a different entree for same price etc. it's nice that the staff there really cares about the food quality and customer satisfaction.
