I could not finish the sandwich - ate about a 1/4 of it and just finished my French Fries . There were not green peppers as pictured and listed. The minimum caramelized onions may have added to the saltiness - they may have over salted the steak and the onions. EZ less season/salt on the steak and no need to salt the onions - just grill them up with the green peppers and mushrooms. You can probably minimize some of the salty by adding Mayo to the Philly Sandwich - mine had none."
