"I always get the Mix Sushi Tray for my family, it's always fresh . The 49er's Roll with its refreshing lemon topping is also a crowd favorite. The Lion King Roll is also good for those who prefer cooked rolls. The protein to rice ratio in all their sushi is just right. "Hello, the ramen at Ramen Shu is one of the top ramen places here in this area. This is a family owned business they do focus on quality nevertheless quantity as well. I’ve been coming to this place over 4 years I do also frequent a lot over my time coming to this place as it’s also close to home they have never let me down. Also as my understanding in Japanese culture it’s disrespectful to rub chopsticks together to remove splinters and so on as I can also say they focus on the quality of their chopsticks which also shows their attention to detail. I am surprised they have not open more locals nearby although it shows they are focused on their craft more than anything. What’s really lovely about this local it has a homey atmosphere not a mainstream local and has quite various ramen dishes. My favorite are Shoyu Ramen, and Tonkotsu Ramen. Also I’ve tried all bento box and nonetheless they are all great options. They also do serve sake which is a great addition to your meal."

"Rolls are very large and filling but lack flavor. Shrimp Tempura Roll (on the left in pic) was the best out of all with a solid taste for the basic roll. Lobster Tempura Roll had a decent flavor however it was stuffed mostly with lettuce! Jon's Shrimp Lover Roll was ok, each ingredient stood out and easily identified. Snow White Roll (on the right in pic) was ok, however the avocado was overpowering. Prawn Tempura Appetizer was very good but only came with 4. Lastly, Katsu Don was delicious and taste very similar to the dishes in Japan! "

Also came with some Japanese pickles which I love since you don't usually get a little side like that. The Fatty Tuna Maki was decent because you can't beat the price lol! "Driving up, I was hesitant as it is an unassuming storefront next to a shell gas station. But I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was it packed with care but the fish was very fresh. I love thoughtful packaging and sushigogo went above and beyond. They included the usual combo of chopsticks, wasabi, ginger but in one pack. The bonus were the hand wipes and dish for soy sauce! The boxes themselves were very cute and I appreciate that the Salmon Sashimi (4 Pieces) came in compostable packaging. The box that the KK Combo (24pcs) was beautifully laid out and designed but I wish it was compostable as well. This can easily feed 2 people (or even 3!) "
