It had a ton of cucumber in it and was really bland. The Gyoza (Pork) was oily and the filling just seemed to be pork with no seasoning or anything else. They were falling apart and mushy. The sauce with the Gyoza (Pork) was a really oily sweet sauce, which wasn't good. It all comes in this really cute, reusable tote and everything is packaged well. The ingredients at least seemed fresh. I'm hoping we just caught them on a bad night. "

"The food was alright. I ordered Spam Musubi for my wife and an order of the Signature Musubi for myself, but they ended up giving us two orders of the signature masubi. It would have been good, but my wife doesn't like tamago and avocado. Most of the rice in the masubi was hard and dry, almost like it was left out too long. And the entire masubi wasnt wrapped all the way around, making it hard to eat without it falling apart. "The Original" KoJa wasn't bad, the flavor was good but it was messy, fell apart and there was too much rice compared to the meat. This was my first time trying Koja Kitchen, so I'd go back just to make sure it wasn't a one time bad experience."
