I’ve been coming to this place over 4 years I do also frequent a lot over my time coming to this place as it’s also close to home they have never let me down. Also as my understanding in Japanese culture it’s disrespectful to rub chopsticks together to remove splinters and so on as I can also say they focus on the quality of their chopsticks which also shows their attention to detail. I am surprised they have not open more locals nearby although it shows they are focused on their craft more than anything. What’s really lovely about this local it has a homey atmosphere not a mainstream local and has quite various ramen dishes. My favorite are Shoyu Ramen, and Tonkotsu Ramen. Also I’ve tried all bento box and nonetheless they are all great options. They also do serve sake which is a great addition to your meal."

"The Garlic Noodles were a bit different than I expected. As garlic noodles are traditionally a Vietnamese dish, but this was simply linguine with Garlic Noodles had way too much butter. however, they were still delicious and I ate every last drop after draining off some of the butter. The boiled potatoes I ordered were simply butter. Boiled Potatoes (3). I did eat all of them although it wasn't three potatoes. I only received two potatoes cut in half. I did have to again not only drain the butter, but after being in the fridge and eating the rest of them and the noodles the second day I had to use so many paper towels to scrape the butter off both the noodles and the Boiled Potatoes (3). I know this is sounding like a complaint, but after I did what I did to remove the literal full stick of butter on the potatoes and perhaps half a stick of butter on the noodles, the food was really fantastic. I will certainly buy again. I think part of the problem with the butter coagulating is because the driver was incredibly late and I had a double dash order. The Dasher went to Cardenas's market, which is a block from me before they went to the backyard Bayou. It makes no sense they should have gone and grabbed the backyard bayou because they had to pass my house to go to backyard bayou and have they gone there first and then to Cardenas's market, I don't think the butter would've been such an issue, but they did the reverse. So by the time I got the backyard Bayou order it was already cold. That is not the restaurant fault at all. It is the Dasher's fault. Backyard by you was so good. I think I'm going to order from backyard bayou again and not do a double dash so I won't have the butter issue. "
