I know this is sounding like a complaint, but after I did what I did to remove the literal full stick of butter on the potatoes and perhaps half a stick of butter on the noodles, the food was really fantastic. I will certainly buy again. I think part of the problem with the butter coagulating is because the driver was incredibly late and I had a double dash order. The Dasher went to Cardenas's market, which is a block from me before they went to the backyard Bayou. It makes no sense they should have gone and grabbed the backyard bayou because they had to pass my house to go to backyard bayou and have they gone there first and then to Cardenas's market, I don't think the butter would've been such an issue, but they did the reverse. So by the time I got the backyard Bayou order it was already cold. That is not the restaurant fault at all. It is the Dasher's fault. Backyard by you was so good. I think I'm going to order from backyard bayou again and not do a double dash so I won't have the butter issue. "

No chips, I got no utensils, no napkins WHAT A HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I will never order from this restaurant again, I will take my business to Americano on Main Street in Hayward. They're prices are so reasonable and they give you big big portions, it's always enough for me to make two meals. Not this place, I'm a tiny little old lady, a senior citizen and this was not enough to fill me up. HOW DISAPPOINTING and I don't ever leave bad reviews. "
