"I ordered the Medium Bowl this afternoon. Somehow, I’m very upset with its quantity that I received this time. I used to order the Medium Bowl all the time, and they usually fill up the entire bowl. However, today, I received ALOT LESS QUANTITY than usual, and still pay the same amount. First of all, the brown rice were little soggy and stuck together, not fresh at all. Then, the zucchini noodles were only a few pieces inside… and it were broken into short piece. I believe its not fresh either. Then, I always ask for extra corns, green onions, and cucumbers, but they did not gave me any today. (They usually fill up the bowl or gave me another small cup with it.)"

"Rolls are very large and filling but lack flavor. Shrimp Tempura Roll (on the left in pic) was the best out of all with a solid taste for the basic roll. Lobster Tempura Roll had a decent flavor however it was stuffed mostly with lettuce! Jon's Shrimp Lover Roll was ok, each ingredient stood out and easily identified. Snow White Roll (on the right in pic) was ok, however the avocado was overpowering. Prawn Tempura Appetizer was very good but only came with 4. Lastly, Katsu Don was delicious and taste very similar to the dishes in Japan! "

"Ordering inside is never a problem which is why I typically love this place so much. However ordering on doordash can be a hit or miss. Maybe it's because you can't see it being made but it seems if you order on doordash they tend to skip out on things. I had a large bowl with mixed greens but had barely any salad when it arrived. I asked for sesame oil, wasabi, spicy mayo, and house soy sauce and could only taste the sesame oil and soy sauce. I also asked for extra avocado and was given the tiniest half ball in addition to the avocado, which had I know the extra serving (that was $2.50) would be smaller than the original serving, I would've passed on it. Had this been a first time occurance I would've written it off as an honest mistake, but this is probably the 4th or 5th time this has happened. Very disappointing."

I've ordered udon from most of the local Japanese restaurants and they usually include mushroom, seaweed and/or lettuce. Noodles were also packed together with the broth, so the noodles were already soft/over cooked by the time it arrived. "
