The cabbage I'd give maybe a 5 out of 10. The flavor was lacking that day. An now the brisket. It's really hard to tell whether it was bad or not. It had a great smoky flavor but it was a bit chewy. I'm use to the gelatinous state the fat goes into after brisket is smoked just right and for a length of time. This brisket didn't have it. Surprisingly enough, everything else is what made it decent. Freshness, portion? Great. Would I order again? Gotta try the brisket again."
