I've been looking for years for a place that makes it like a restaurant I used to go to in California, and haven't been able to find one. This is it! It's a perfect mix of sweetness, and not just honey drizzled on breaded shrimp. I just wish there was more of it and it was not a starter. Makes a great meal mixed with a side of white rice. "the amount of broth you get in the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is lauaghable in comparison to the bowl size. I paid an extra 1.50 for the Extra Black Garlic Oil and they gave me a literal tablespoon in a cup of basically just burnt garlic. it's ridiculous. this cup should be no more than 50 cents, and even that is a stretch. very disappointed in the quanity. Will include pics. I will say that is my main complaints really. the taste of the broth is good and well seasoned, so I added points back for flavor and presentation. the noodles were aso nicely cooked. the Soft Boiled Egg was delicious."
