"Fresh and hot. I wasn't paying attention and thought I ordered a burger but I'm kinda glad I got the Springfield's Bacon Sandwich instead. It's a decent portion, no skimping on the bacon. Usually comes with tomato so there's a good amount of veggies to balance the meal out. The basil mayonnaise is a nice touch, a different taste than what's usually offered. The Sweet Tater Fries are pretty standard but again, not commonly offered so I like it. The fries seem to be served with mayonnaise to dip but it really doesn't need anything. I'd almost say it was a little too expensive but then again you'd probably pay just as much at Panera."

Pizza was a little burnt in the edges BUT that's what I was looking for. The taste was amazing. Exactly the pizza I was thinking about. "The 4 stars are for how delicious our food was! However, for an $80 meal we received half of a bag of chips, with only one salsa. I also ordered an $8 bowl of cheese dip and received one small plastic cup of it. There is no way to select if you don't want something in your meal (tomatoes, etc.). We didn't receive any tortillas that were supposed to come with a meal. It was frustrating because I know La Palma is better than that! The food was delicious though like always. Hopefully they will step their game up with the door dash orders! "

The food was delicious, and the hot food was hot while the cold food was cold. I liked that the dressing came with 2, and on the side. it definitely needs it. the Meatball sub also got rave reviews and didn't stand a chance.
