"Literally my entire order was incorrect. Cold, stale, unseasoned hash browns that tasted like I was eating pure fried grease; the only donuts that I actually wanted were nowhere to be found; but the KICKER was the sandwich. The sandwich I originally wanted wasn't available, so I was contacted for a replacement. I was told that the only bread they had available was English muffin, which I was fine with. But tell me why this sandwich got here looking like half of the English muffin was ripped off by wolves?? No exaggeration, half the bread is gone. And the ripped part has toast marks on it implying that someone saw this BEFORE putting it into the toaster? No one could've looked at this massacred, sad excuse for a sandwich and thought it was acceptable to put into a bag and ship off. Quality control is obviously lacking at this location, and judging by the number of items I was told were out of stock, I'm going to go ahead and blame the management on this one. To top it all off, my order took 40 mins to arrive when I was quoted 10-14, though I know it's because the restaurant was waiting to fire a new sandwich because they called me from my dasher's phone. Also, if we were already on the phone why didn't they ask me about the missing donuts so I could pick my own replacement?! Staff is obviously overworked, and the only reason I ever go back to this place is because it's so close to my house. I do not recommend ordering from here if you value your time and sanity. 2/10."

The Inspecteur Clouseau was very good however on DoorDash there is currently no way to choose which meat you'd prefer. So I had to phone the restaurant to specify. And it would have been nice to have a choice of cheese. It tasted like Swiss which I'm not too fond of. But it wasn't terrible. The second item was a major letdown. The Nutella Crepe is pictured with fresh whipped cream and a big pile of fresh strawberries. There was no whipped cream and no big pile of fresh strawberries like the picture. All it was was a big crepe filled with Nutella. So the picture is very deceptive. If I had been ordering for pickup, I would have had them remake it as shown. This was my first time ordering from this place. Please add the option to choose which meat for the sandwich. As for the crepes, I wouldn't order them again."

"First time here. Strawberry Tiramisu was nice. A very typical tiramisu. Exactly what I would have expected. The filling was predictable. I would like to try this with the lady fingers being soaked in an almond flavor. As is, I wouldn't rush to reorder. With that said, if you're looking for something different, then this is for you. Strawberry Cannoli was very good. Being Italian, I am somewhat of a cannoli connoisseur. The cannoli cream was a very good tasty filling and there was plenty of it. No skimping there. The shells were a bit thick and small, however, they provided a great crunch. The strawberry flavor was subtle but there. Over all really good cannoli. The Star for me was the'Homemade'' Strawberry Cheesecake! Finding a good homemade tasting cake is not that easy. This one comes darn close. Nice light graham cracker crust. The filling is very, very creamy with a hint of flour left on the tongue. Nice strawberry swirl with additional berries on top. I recommend you try it."
