The cucumber salad had the right amount of saltiness, I usually skip over that portion of a bento box! "This is my second order from Kantina Kita and both times I have been so pleasantly surprised. Yesterday I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp Bento with kimchi and everything was delicious, surprising and almost too pretty to eat. I went with the Eggplant Katsu Bento with the cucumber salad today and the meal was another one that was as beautifully plated as it was tasty.
