I got an inside tip from the Houston couple that runs Happy Sparrow that Aprisa would turn a Breakfast Burrito into Breakfast Tacos upon request. It was true and they were outstanding from jump. -different than most Austin breakfast tacos but still sooo good. Before long, they added them to the menu! And they've been serving them up officially (and always deliciously) for over 10 years now. I'll always be thankful and I'll always crave em!"

I had to drown it in salsa just to get any flavor. Specifically, no salt at all was used. The eggs and potatoes were just this bland mush inside a tortilla that was too big for the amount of filling. On the positive side, it was real ingredients and not overly processed, but I won't be ordering from here again. I want flavor (and the meat I ordered)."
