In my scrolls, I happened on Embers BBq I'm not a big bbq fan but the menu was intriguing so, I took a chance. Now, let's talk about the bbq and cheese sauce. I'm an NC girl, if I'm going to eat bbq, it has to be vinegar based... USUALLY. Not in this case, the sauce was perfect, not too sweet, with just enough twang. I loved it! The cheese sauce was flavorful and complimented the quesadilla perfectly. Am I a bbq girl?
