"The entire order was soaked in coffee because the cover hadn't been put on correctly for the second time. The English muffins weren't toasted, and they were saturated with coffee, making them inedible. Coffee rolls were only half destroyed. Breakfast was a wonderful half cup of coffee and half a damp coffee roll. This was the second time my order came soaked in coffee because of failure to put the lid on all the way. Cup and lid operation is about as easy as it gets, and a clear sign this Dunkin Donuts is not interested in quality service. I won't order from this restaurant again."
