I didn't detect any cheese or bacon, until halfway through the dish I noticed small pink bacon bits that also resembled the pre-packaged kind in taste and texture. The French Toast Frisco looked so delicious, but the bread was not. It was dense, dry and crumbly. I feel like maybe it's gluten-free and if that's the case, I wish it would've been advertised as such because I would've chosen something else I might enjoy more. I don't want to say this was a complete disappointment because with regular bread, I think I would have loved it.
