"I haven't been to this KFC in a while because my last experience there was poor. I thought I would give it a try again tonight with my family. Turns out somethings never change. We ordered through DoorDash when we got there. The food wasn't ready. We were told they were out of certain items. They scraped the bottom of the mac & cheese container and didn't fill the one they gave me. They shorted us one gravy. Once again, this was a tragically disappointing trip to KFC in Apple Valley off Highway 18. We Spent almost $60 for dinner and had a bad experience with an incomplete order and poor service. I'll avoid this store for a future orders. I'd rather drive to Hesperia to get Cane's next time."

We've gotten the catfish a couple times now and this was so disappointing it's not even funny. In the pictures I put my fingers on the thickest parts of the fish and it wasnt even a 1/4 inch. Ik fish can be thin sometimes but this time every piece was thin and dry. Not enjoyable at all. For $18.50 for 3 little pieces of fish and some fries.. the fish should better be a little better quality. "
