Also today I asked my pitaya combination to be made with Acai base, and not only they did not read the notes, they sent me a frozen bowl that was not fresh. (With soggy frozen fruit as a topping!) If I wanted frozen fruit, I could just go to HEB myself, or doordash from there! Also the bowl was missing pineapple, and apples despite their descriptions on doordash!
