"Ok so the food was good, but there's a reason for 3 stars instead of 5. The plastic bag the food was in was covered in grease on the inside. The fries were in a paper bag and that was covered in grease. And the cheesesteak was only wrapped in wrapping paper but not foil, and was covered grease. Yes, these foods have grease, I get it. But other restaurants don't have this problem. Had the food been properly packaged, it wouldn't have gotten all over the plastic bag making everything dirty. Other restaurants dont have this problem. I recently tried the chicken sandwich and I have to say, it was a letdown. Right off the bat, the bread was stale and dry, making each bite a struggle. The chicken itself was bland and lacked any seasoning, leaving me wondering if it had been cooked at all.
