"This was my second time ordering from Coriander Indian Bistro this month. It was so amazing the first time that I quickly went back for a curtain call. We repeat ordered the Chicken Tikka Makhani (GF) medium, Garlic Naan, and Lassuni Gobi (V, GF). All three dishes are total studs. The spice level can be adjustable to suit your taste. We also added the Palak Paneer (GF) mild and Onion Sage Naan to this order. Both delicious. The Palak Paneer is a more subtle dish. If I could only order one main again, I would definitely go with the Tikka Makhani. The flavor is unmatched and the sauciness is perfect for dipping the super soft naan. Portions of each dish are perfect for one person with maybe a bit left over for lunch the next day. Highly recommended!"

I had a curry and a dal, they give half the amount of rice that they give you of the food. And I like double the amount of rice proportion to my curry, especially when it's so salty to begin with. The tandoori shrimp came with nothing else but shrimp with a lemon and raw onion on a bed of cabbage. I am shocked at the cost of just those 8 small shrinp. This is a no go for me in the future."

"It was good overall. I got the jerk chicken, but honestly it tasted more like a spicy BBQ chicken than traditional jerk chicken. The flavor was still good though. The cabbage was good and was probably my favorite part of the meal.
The mac and cheese was just okay. It didn’t seem to have much seasoning—not even salt—but you can easily add your own seasoning at home. The cheese ratio was a little off too; there was more cheese on top than mixed throughout the mac and cheese itself.
I only ordered the $12 meal because I wanted to try the place first. One thing I noticed was that the chicken was mostly bones with very little meat on them. I’m not sure if that’s because I got the smaller meal or if that’s just how they serve it.
My boyfriend also got the jerk chicken with yams and rice and peas. The yams and rice and peas were good, but pretty simple.
The food definitely wasn’t nasty, but there wasn’t really a “wow” factor either. If you’re looking for something affordable and don’t mind adding a little extra seasoning to suit your taste, it’s worth trying. Overall, I’d give it a 4/10"
