"wow. CHICKEN BENTO was just amazing. If I had anything to say, it would be that the rice was a little too watery in some parts. Gyoza was crispy, sushi was amazing, and sauces were flavorful. Chicken was tender and juicy, vegetables tasted fresh and were a great pair with the chicken. SHRIMP TEMPURA was... well it tastes fine. Koromo never got soggy and shrimp was very soft, but the price for 3 is a bit bad (5.39). Taste was impeccable though. About authenticity? as authentic as it can be - not quite there, some 'less authentic' parts (california rolls, sauce), but chicken and gyoza and tempura were all as authentic as they could be, thought it didn't give me that feeling which is hard to explain. Honestly, as long as it's good, I feel like it doesn't matter. Overall a 5/5 experience."

"This is easily one of the top 3 sushi-japanese places in NOVA, at least for our family. Their sushi rolls are consistently high-quality, well made and delish. Today's California Roll arrived slightly warm, the way it should be. We just devoured all of it in 1 minute while unpacking the food items. It's like eating the Cali Roll onsite... so good... Their Bowl of White Rice was cooked very well, not too soft, and not too hard. This is a true rarity in DMV. Most eateries in DMV, even Asian/Chinese/Japanese outlets, don't know how to properly cook their carb like rice, grains or pasta. Most cook them Al Dante and expect customer to have an exceptional digestive system to process them. The rice is so important for an Asian/Chinese/Jap store but especially in our case, as we also ordered the Saba Shioyaki and Sake Kama to go with the rice. Needless to say, these two cooked fish items are excellent as usual. If you haven't tried their Sake Kama, you don't know what you're missing. And make sure you order some white rice to go with it. It was also poorly cut, with some pieces being as thin as 1 cm and others being super thick and there was almost no mango sauce on my roll.
