Many BBQ places do a great job on the pork (baby back, St. Louis, pulled) or beef (short, brisket), but do not give the love to the third part of the Triad -- chicken. RH II Go gets it! They offer a BBQ half chicken: an offering in the most complete BBQ establishments. Gone are the days when you might see some pink, or runoff of roasting juices mixed with blood. But you can compensate, by eating it in the following order. First tear off the wing. It has a large proportion of skin & sauce on it, so it retains moisture. "I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC. I went through the drive-thru on my work break. There were no cars ahead of me, but the employee repeatedly asked what I wanted, then put me on hold three separate times. After waiting about seven minutes, I had to leave because I couldn’t waste more of my break. Still craving KFC, I ordered through DoorDash instead — and that was just as bad. The fries were stiff and cold, the chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out all day, and the biscuit was the only part of the meal worth eating (and even that wasn’t great). Honestly, the best part of my order was the Pepsi. I used my hard-earned money because I didn’t have groceries at home and didn’t have time to cook, but this was an absolute letdown. For such a large, long-standing franchise, the quality should not be this poor. I’ve had KFC in Jamaica that was incredible — so why is there such a stark difference here? I feel like I wasted my time, gas, money, and appetite. I left completely unsatisfied and honestly want a full refund. This location really needs to step up its service and food quality."
