Rather than zucchini strips covered in batter, there were clumps of zucchini caked in batter. The ranch dressing did add some taste but it wasn't enough...I threw most of the order away. The Large Fountain Drink was covered well, but I got no straw. Surprisingly disappointed in this order, as I enjoy ordering here."

"We were so excited to find this local burger spot about a month ago and had been back three or four times since because the burgers were always juicy, flavorful, and well-made. We even had family over recently and couldn’t wait to introduce them to our new favorite place. Unfortunately, this last visit was really disappointing. We ordered three extra cheeseburgers and one double, but all of them were NOT fresh but dry and skimpy on toppings. The quality just wasn’t what we had come to expect, and it was frustrating since we were trying to get them more business by sharing it with others. We usually come here because of the quality, so we really hope this was just an off day and not a sign of what’s to come. We will most likely try other places before coming back and ordering again."

"I’m sorry to say this, but for $16.50, what I received was disappointing. The burger itself tastes great, and the quality and freshness are definitely there. However, the portion size compared to the price feels hard to justify. Paying nearly $20 for a burger and fries that are similar in size to something you’d get at McDonald’s just doesn’t feel reasonable. I completely understand that market conditions impact pricing, and I respect that. That said, I would gladly pay $20 if the portions were more substantial. Unfortunately, as it stands, I don’t think I would order again. I’m sharing this feedback honestly in hopes it’s helpful—an increase in portion size would make the price feel much more justified."
