I moved to CoCo county from Alameda County and have been struggling for a year trying to find great quality sushi. This sushi (I ordered three rolls) was delicious. The sushi rice was perfectly cooked/seasoned AND had the right ratio to fish. There was no attempt to cut costs by creating giant, fat rolls that are thick with rice. The whole thing was caked in sauce, ruining the rice. the Lion King had browned avocado in it, and the salmon on top had been incinerated. They gave us free gyoza but they were mostly empty, greasy and full of green onion. Probably won't be ordering again anytime soon."
