"I adore this place with my heart and soul. They make, what in my opinion, is comfort food. It's absolutely delicious, reliable, and the portions are immense, more than fair for the price. The desserts are incredible, the people are great, and they have the most addictive Refried Beans. Common sense dictates avoiding getting hard tacos take out, as they steam themselves to mush, but absolutely else on the menu travels very well. My personal go-tos are the Pollo Fundido and the Casa Vallarta Nachos, usually the first one. It's very hard to go wrong with this place, and if you happen to have a strong drink or a couple of beers beforehand, good lord, it's heavenly."
