"The shrimp quesadilla was a standout dish—perfectly cooked shrimp, wrapped in a soft, lightly crisp tortilla, and loaded with gooey cheese. The Texas rice that accompanied it was flavorful, with just the right blend of spices, and complemented the quesadilla perfectly.
