"This place is so great!.. but has been rather inconsistent. So far, with almost every order, somthing has been omitted without notice or opportunity given to sub/change missing/unavailable items (even though "substitute" has been selected "if item is unavailable"). I have been ordering coffee and pastries from here several times per week and either the coffee doesn't come (at all) or I order pastries for three and two people get the Honeycomb (which is divine) but the third doesn't get their Croissant.. a little better communication from the store/dasher would be great!
