The picture on the door dash menu is of a cooked, ready to eat product and there are no indicators that one would receive something other than that. The restaurant is represented on door dash as a fast food option for ready-to-eat baked goods; not a grocery store. I called the store and was told that they only bake the product if requested. However, it is clear on door dash that the store opts not to take special requests. I have received hot food from this place before. As I would guess all of their products are shipped to them frozen and prepackaged, there is no expectation of a frozen pot pie being delivered to one's door anymore than there is an expectation of a frozen apple pie being delivered.
