I really wish the cooks would read the instructions more carefully. Getting holladaise sauce on our omelets is an ongoing issue. In addition, they keep putting the English muffins in the omelet containers. All this does is make them soggy and gross when they touch whatever sauce or cheese is on the omelets. The English muffins should be in a separate bag."
