It actually feels like whoever made it wanted you to enjoy it, which is rare these days. The quesadilla is right in line with that same level of quality. Again, very well-portioned on the protein. Plenty of steak, good melt on the cheese, and balanced so it’s satisfying without being greasy or sloppy. Simple food done correctly. The pastelillo was excellent.
