"Was prepared the most meager "meatball" sub (couldn't even finish it)---after opening the 2nd half of the sub, there were maybe 4 dried out *pieces* of cut up meatball poorly distributed in a pool of sauce and melted cheese. I took a photo and reached out to the restaurant, who spent more effort justifying that this was due to their supplier sending them BIGGER meatballs than wanting to rectify the order. From the owner: "We normally use eight 1/2 oz meatballs on the Pepsi's normal meatball sub. Our supplier did run out of the normal product and sent us 1oz meatballs. We chopped them like we used to many years ago...Sorry you didn't like this change.". They've since stopped responding and I'm pretty dissatisfied with how this was handled. Chopped up meat was not my issue---it was the utter LACK of meat on a MEATBALL sub."

I ordered just one small pizza with minimal toppings, not knowing the nightmare that will follow. It firstly took them half an hour to make! ONE SMALL PIZZA!
Then I had selected the 'Hand it to me' option on DoorDash because people sometimes steal others food if it's left in our building's lobby. But I didn't know that they don't give out food to a Dasher but deliver themselves. The progress on the delivery gets very poorly updated on the app and very late! Firstly, it kept delaying the delivery time till like 20 minutes. AND I LIVE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! Then when it showed it's arrived, I went down and saw a Pizza Nova box kept in a dirty area on the ground outside the building. NO ONE HANDED IT TO ME!
I even called at the store to bring this to their attention but the guy was absolutely uninterested in hearing me out completely and quite arrogant!!
The pizza was very cold meaning that someone left it a while back and just now updated it on the app! That too the pizza was very average and I've had better from everywhere else!

The pizzas didn’t immediately look impressive — the toppings seemed uneven, the sauce drizzle looked a bit messy, and the overall presentation felt rushed rather than thoughtfully prepared. For the cost, I was expecting something that visually matched the price point, especially when delivery adds to the total.
That said, once I actually tasted the pizza, I was surprised. Despite how it looked, the flavor was genuinely good. All the ingredients blended well together and felt coordinated in every bite. Nothing overpowered anything else, and the balance of flavors worked nicely. It didn’t taste cheap or artificial, and it didn’t leave me feeling heavy or overly bloated afterward, which I really appreciated. It actually felt lighter than expected.
