"I have enjoyed several of the burritos. My absolute favorite is the brisket burrito. Authentic northern Mexican cowboy food is how it is described, and I must agree. Easily to handle, and not much to clean up other than licking fingers and smacking lips. If you catch them at breakfast time, even their coffee has a special flavor, which only adds to the charm of their delicious food. It really seemed to me that we were having a campfire meal, gathered round after a cattle run.
