"The food tasted delicious and looked exactly as pictured. The Belgian waffle tasted like it had a hint of cinnamon in it, which was a nice surprise. The bacon was cooked right and there were more than three strips in the order. The eggs were cooked as ordered and tasted excellent. The fresh squeezed orange juice tasted fresh and amazing! My only issue was at pick up there was a lot of confusion with the pick up orders. I wasn't the only one who was frustrated standing around waiting for my order and when it wasn’t there after waiting 15 minutes past my pickup time. I was told to take an order that they thought was mine, but had another name on it. I got home and it definitely wasn't my order. I called and informed Alexis (Manager) of the situation and she took care of it by remaking my order promptly. Thank you Alexis for making this right and correcting it right away!
