"Oh my gosh!!! This was my first time ordering here and the food was AMAZING!! Try the yellow curry! I ordered the Chicken Bowl with white rice, 1/2 broccoli and half corn---added all the optional toppings. I also ordered the Chips and Guac....the guacamole was to die for. Didn't even need any salt or pepper. Side Soup...once again, phenomenal! I got so much food and the prices are incredibly reasonable, I was amazed at how much I got for the price. Definitely a must try!! I wish I would've taken photos...but it was all already gone by the time I thought about it."

"I was hesitant to try this place for a while given that it had few reviews and appeared to be a ghost kitchen. I was shocked by how good it was. The Palata (burmese style pancake) (2pcs) is absolutely divine. It melts in your mouth with a buttery crispness. Lamination was great. One of the best appetizers I've had in a long time in Utah. The Shan Noodle Toke was aromatic and had a wonderful panoply of greens, peanuts and textural variety. The beef was tender and had a nuanced flavor profile. It sent me back to memories of some of the best street-food noodle stands in Southeast Asia. The California Roll was above-average, and the size of each roll was rather large with a very generous portion (rice to ingredient filling was larger). Better than expected. The Cucumber Salad is a lot sweeter than the cucumber salad I am accustomed to in Mainland China or Taiwan but was delicious nonetheless. The cucumbers are finely sliced and it served as an excellent counterpoint to the abundance of carbs. Utah is incredibly privileged to finally have Burmese food, and even more, Burmese food that holds its own to what I've had in cities like Los Angeles. The prices to quality ratio is unbeatable and also incredibly fair for this economy, especially compared to other DoorDash options. I highly recommend this restaurant to the DoorDashians of Utah. "

"This is my first time trying Janis. I was impressed with the pork SISIGSILOG and HALO-HALO ! That being said, I have traveled around the Philippines and have a good baseline to compare the food. The pork SISIGSILOG was very tasty and flavorful. And to my taste, as I didn't taste any ginger in it. (ginger isn't my thing) The rice was flavorful from the sauce and meats. I requested some chopped chili. (Should have asked for more). The pork was cooked well, I personally would prefer a little more fat pieces, though. (I understand that most people probably prefer lean meats) The portion was filling. I ordered a second serving of rice, which I didn't even need for this meal. (The rice did not go to waste) HALO-HALO was very good! They filled it up with fruits and toppings. Taste exactly how it be in the Philippines! At first, I was worried that it would spill or get messy, but they had used a large boba cup style that the top is sealed. Overall, great experience and will definitely order again! I'm already craving another HALO-HALO !"

Boba World serves authentic Shanghainese food including Xiao Long Bao (which you take you back to Nanxiang) and 96. Shanghai Baby Ribs with Plum Sauce. While certainly still good, I suggest eschewing their Americanized dishes and trying their specialties like the succulent fall-off-the-bone Baby Ribs with Plum Sauce, Pork Belly (like Bacon but WAY better), Shepherd's Purse, and Sesame Balls. Their Steamed Broccoli is absolutely DELISH and will convert even the staunchest broccoli hater, trust me. Don't sleep on it. Wash everything down with one of their Boba Drinks. Their packaging for delivery is also top-notch. Please support this family and immigrant-owned small business."

Burger was cooked perfectly but the gravy was not what we grew up with at local joints in Hawai'i. Gravy was on the sweet side! Not to our satisfaction. It may be good for those who've never had Hawai'i loco moco before but to us that grew up on the islands, we want savory and thick gravy. Not sweet and runny!! Mac salad was okay, we have had better at other Hawaiian joints in the area. The cookies were burnt and expensive for how many you get and the size of it. I don't like cookies crunchy and thin, but if that's your preference then these cookies are for you. Guava Cake tasted good but was dry. Like it's been sitting out for a while or made a day before. We've had moist guava cakes at other places. And for the price per piece it's def not worth the buy. Spam Musubi (2 Pcs.) was also dry - lacking in sauce. Overall the easiest dish to make was by far the best tasting although it was burnt. Mediocre at best, there's other better Hawaiian restaurants in the area that serve more in their plates for the same price and that is better tasting."

The pad Thai was presented as a bunch of ingredients all packed together in a box. To enjoy them properly they needed to be mixed, impossible to do in the box because the noodles are all along the bottom, just stuck there.
