The Shan Noodle Toke was aromatic and had a wonderful panoply of greens, peanuts and textural variety. The beef was tender and had a nuanced flavor profile. The California Roll was above-average, and the size of each roll was rather large with a very generous portion (rice to ingredient filling was larger). Better than expected. The cucumbers are finely sliced and it served as an excellent counterpoint to the abundance of carbs. Utah is incredibly privileged to finally have Burmese food, and even more, Burmese food that holds its own to what I've had in cities like Los Angeles.
