I opened up the container and my first thought was like WTH??? it looked like a watery blend and almost no shrimp or sausage. Then I tried it and thought the same thing. BUT after I mixed it all together which you are supposed to do it was very good. All the spices sausage and shrimp came together and the cheese melted nicely. The eggs which I ordered over medium eggs perfectly cooked and the egg yolk melted into the grits. I discovered then there was more then enough shrimp and sausage in there.
