"When I first walked in I saw 2 employees, one of which who turned out to be the owner, swatting flies with electric fly swatters. I went up and ordered food and was charged extra without warning for one of the toppings. I also ordered a Vietnamese cold brew for $5 and got a coffee about 5 fl oz full of ice so there was barely any coffee. In addition you have to pay extra for more than 1 sauce. Each of the tabes in the restaurant were dirty and the trays were stained and seemed unwashed. Not to mention the disgusting yellow walls of the place. The food itself was not good either, with small meat portions and overall below average food. The sauce I got with my food was the pineapple fish sauce which tasted ok but smelled absolutely horrible. Absolutely terrible experience. "

A bowl of Phở Gà - Chicken is priced $15 and up. $11.95 at Pho Cyclo. Very tasty, and there's plenty of it. You have to be HONGgry to finish the whole bowl. For delivery, "You're gonna need a bigger bowl." I've got a 2½- quart glass covered casserole that I think is perfect. it's different getting pho delivered, as opposed to at the restaurant. With delivery, you get sort of a "kit". The broth is in its own container; noodles & chicken in another; and bean sprouts and all the toppings in a plastic bag. You have to assemble it all into a bowl of pho. Heat the broth to just shy of boiling while you assemble the other ingredients in a large bowl you can cover. (plastic wrap or a plastic bag you can twist tie will do to cover). Pour the hot broth over the other ingredients, mix, and cover for a few minutes to "cook"; then enjoy.😋"

"I have been craving kakuni... and I saw this Kakuni Don (Pork) . Usually not a lot of Japanese food on the east, but this was fire. Not the best I have had, but cravings made it taste 1.5x better. The tonkatsu and chicken katsu were soaked in sauce making them soggy. My son doesn't like the sauce so it ruined the dish for him and he didn't eat it. They should have provided sauce separately, again, like most other restaurants. For the price of the dishes, we were very disappointed with Kusshi.
