"first time ordering from here. the aesthetic is ADORABLE! the drink is delicious, and for the price, it's a decent size (I got a large World's Best Vanilla Latte with Matcha). The matcha tastes great quality. The packaging, so cute! I love the cups and the little heart cap/stopper. Also, when you order delivery, it comes in a reusable tote bag, which is awesome! they also have me a free ice water with my order and I thought that was a very nice and considerate touch! the Banana Loaf is also great, not too sweet, and it also does have chocolate, which wasn't specified, but I'm happy with it."

"This place used to be REALLY good when everything they served was fresh but, lately, I've received almond croissants that were day old and tasted like it. Also, I ordered a pear tart that had been frozen and defrosted. That's just not the same as fresh. Bakeries used to sell day old goods at a discount for a reason, because freshness counts. If it's not fresh I won't buy from here again otherwise, I feel I'm being cheated."
