Doesn't even need salsa ( came with sour cream, salsa, beans, rice, avocado and wrapped in a flour tortilla and sliced American cheese). I have never seen this before. And the menudo. I mean really.. It was the best flavored menudo I have ever had. Don't tell my beautiful Mexican wife. They use pork feet as some don't but whatever they do to make it is sooooo good. I could drink just a bowl of that broth. I have been a chef with the same company for 12 years and flavors are my Forte. I am very impressed with this food and I know they cook it with love.
