"The Tonkotsu Ramen 豚骨拉面 was very good! The broth is nice and savory tasting on its own, but the udon noodles I opted for really kick it up a couple tiers. They're cooked perfectly, with the slightest bit of a chew (which I personally prefer), but still plump and tasty. I opted for pork chashu for my protein and I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say this, Good Chef makes my favorite chashu out of like the 10 ramen shops I frequent. It's squishy, but they keep some meat on the cut and sear it which gives it a mind blowing flavor. The rest of the toppings were very nice tasting, not overpowering, and not soggy. I have to note the diligence in the way this restaurant packages their ramen. They package the broth separate from the noodles and toppings, so they won't get mushy in transit. Absolutely fantastic and recommend for anyone trying to get into Asian or Japanese cuisine, or a regular ramen eater looking for another S-tier bowl to try out."

"As a transplanted New Yorker, but only recently moved from Ft. Lauderdale to West Kendall, I have been in search of what I consider to be a reasonable substitute for the kind of Chinese delivery I was once used to. I have finally found it. Altho their egg rolls could use some improvement (the wrapper is too thick and doesn't crisp up well in an air fryer), their Subgum Wonton with chicken, shrimp, beef and mixed vegetables is just about as perfect as it gets. The proteins were beautifully prepared, and the hearty amount of the variety of vegetables was what I expect from a good Chinese "neighborhood" type restaurant; and they were perfectly cooked: nothing was *too* crisp (as in undercooked). A HUGE plus, and the first sign that I had found something special, was 1) the pork fried rice and the Subgum Wonton were packed in the kind of individual cardboard containers one associates with Chinese take-out (as opposed to the ubiquitous plastic and aluminum containers I have found here). And 2) THE FRIED NOODLES!! Not the thin kind, or even the ones that are about 1/4-inch wide and crispy, but a good inch-and-a-half to 2-inch wide crispy fried noodles. I LOVE THEM! I have found my go-to Chinese restaurant at last! (And reasonably priced, too!)"
