"We keep ordering. I keep hoping. Today, we got two forks and two napkins for three entrees and an appetizer. We got two tiny pieces of bread for 4 people, which is an improvement! They usually send none, even when I call and request it. Even when I pay for an item like a drink and send a note or call to say that I don't want the drink, I want to pay for bread. The pasta salad that has been on their menu for as long as I can remember is now ordered "by the item" so all of the vegetables that are listed in the description of the item are charged separately. If you get everything you are supposed to get, it takes a $12 item to over $20. I've shared this with the restaurant multiple times. Food is good, as we expect. The lack of concern over smaller details has been a problem for a while."

"Ordered a hot venti chestnut praline latte with oat milk. Received a venti cup, but definitely not the amount of coffee I normally receive.. this came in a paper bag that was taped shut. You can even see that I pulled the lid off and the stopper is still in it when I took the pic. A fresh creamy sauce, that has that rich cheddar taste. a lot like what you would get with shells and a box of Velveeta shells and cheddar, but slightly elevated with maybe a fresh cream? it wa a bit disappointing in portions to pricing. 12 dollars for a bowl? to be fair that is not a them problem it is a market problem. it is worth it if you are tired and do not want to cook. but only from that angle. it will not feed the family, it is an individual double cup. that said, it is better than other poorly priced portions that are side dishes, for main dish prices. "Panera Bread has been so consistent with my orders that I felt confident ordering my lunch for work while I was busy doing other things. Sandwich and Salad was excellent again and I appreciate the large selection of menu items so I can try different things. This time it was the Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel and SW Chicken Ranch Salad. Decent size portions of both and I was completely full before finishing all of it. Highly recommend. Utensils/napkins included and dressing on the side for the salad. To me this is Utah's number one burger joint followed by an unnamed burger joint in Riverdale/Roy border that sells really good shakes with it but that's a different story. If you just want a damn good burger and fries they will fill you up like a sitdown meal instead of one of these pink meat or 3-D printer meat, fast food factories that we've got all all over the United States. Cucumber's, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, some shredded red cabbage, and green/iceberg lettuce leaves. The two sides that I requested in the meal, (you get a choice of several here), were the onion rings and Parmesan toast (which is two tasty toasted pieces). I requested my steak well done ( New York Steak* ) and it was 10 oz of juicy flavor and marbled to perfection! The onion rings are crisp, delicious, and glorious. I did receive a very good amount of Add Condiments which were ketchup packets (a good 8) and though I just requested two Add Utensils I received four individually sealed knife, fork, napkin, with salt and pepper packets. "Everything was sooo good!!! Growing up as a New Mexican, it's hard to find delicious authentic tasting food! I had the Chilaquiles Divorciados, which comes with both red & green chili sauce. It was amazing! The sauces really shine through! My eggs were cooked perfectly! It's a very generous portion, making it even more bang for your buck! I also enjoyed their Agua Fresca of the Day, strawberry, and it was very good! Everything was fresh and their appropriate temps! Iwill definitely go back! I wish I had taken photos because everything was very appeasing to pretty much all senses!"
