"4/5. It's great quality, amazing flavor, a lot of food, well-packaged, but inconsistent. Sometimes the pieces of tofu / meat / veggies are HUGE, sometimes they're small. Sometimes the sauce is runny, sometimes it's thick. Sometimes the rice is cooked well, other times it's undercooked and a little crunchy. Sometimes the tofu is undercooked, sometimes it's perfect, and sometimes it's overcooked so much that it's actually difficult to chew. Usually the over-cooking happens when the pieces are cut smaller (I assume they're cooking it for the same amount of time/at the same temperature as when they cook the larger pieces). The tofu's flavor changes a little, too, so I assume it all depends on who's in the kitchen. The sauce flavors don't change, neither do the veggies. The broccoli isn't spicy, but I'll never get a bowl without it--it's amazing. I will always recommend this spot--inconsistencies and all, it's *that* good. My body always feels good after eating here, and you can tell when you bite that the ingredients are of incredibly high value. Once this location gets more consistent, it'll be a 6/5."
