"I decided to try this place mainly because I love Halo-Halos. I wanted to see if this place compared to the others. Unfortunately, the Halo-Halo had barely any sweetened fruits and beans at all, it was just a glorified sno-cone. It was mostly just a cup of ice. I had one scoop of beans on top, but throughout there were maybe 3 chunks of fruit if even that? The ube ice cream and flan were good at least, but it was nothing like the picture. The Rice Bowl was bland and didn't come with any green onion like it shows in the picture.
