"Batter on the Potato Scallops and Fish Cocktails was 10/10. Stayed really crunchy, and didn't go overly soggy or stale even when left in the fridge overnight. Tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. It is worth paying extra for the chicken salt - I'm not sure which brand they use, but it's delicious! A note that the side sauces are actually good sized containers poured by the restaurant, not pre-packaged sachets or squeeze packets. I'm guessing that this is why they are $2 each vs <$1 or included in the cost? Unfortunately, we found that lemon is not supplied by default either. Despite the additional costs with extras normally included in the price (e.g. chicken salt, sauce, lemon), we will continue to reorder from this restaurant in the future as quality has been a consistent 5/5 from these guys. Batter is fantastic, fish tastes fresh, potato scallops are a perfect thickness, etc. "

"food was good - hard to go wrong with chicken and fries, would order again but much room for improvement here... The portion size was lacking, especially for the large fries considering how much they cost. I double-dashed so that may have contributed but the fries were quite cold on arrival. Additionally, they did not provide the extra sauce i ordered with the fries (which cost like $1-$2 extra) which was annoying, nor did i get a straw for my drink, also the fries were all in the bag, not the cup. Maybe investing in a larger cuptray or a lid for the fry containers could fix this."

I chose this burger due to the lettuce & authentic chicken breast meat, but the chilli sauce drowns all other flavours. Had to throw out the last third - much too much chilli nearly did me in! The chilli swallows up any taste of lettuce! Also, Flamin Grillz should offer lettuce in more meals. The Pack's 3 chicken pieces were over-fried in batter. Too much batter, not enough chicken.
