There was a generous amount of noodles. They were cooked al dente, as they should be. They sat on a pool of tasty white sauce (there was also a red sauce or half/half option). Cooked zucchini, green beans, and mushrooms (I opted out of the bell peppers and the eggplant) in an awesome sauce, topped with mashed potatoes. My only complaint is that the portion was very small. 4 stars (I loved it, but not enough food). I would definitely order this again, but I would probably request a more adequate portion.
