(The rice did not go to waste) HALO-HALO was very good! They filled it up with fruits and toppings. Taste exactly how it be in the Philippines! "Chang’s Food is my favorite spot for Chinese food in town. The ingredients are always fresh, the dishes never feel overly oily, and I’ve never had that heavy, uncomfortable feeling afterward. Their menu has a lot of great options — I especially love the fried rice and egg rolls. The egg rolls are a good size and filled from the first bite to the last. While I think the meat could be better, the overall quality makes up for it. I just wish they stayed open later because I often find myself craving it at night! Still, it’s one of the best around and I highly recommend it."
