They were understaffed, one waitress on duty so I understand the problem, except why payment was taken when the order wasn't processed. ""The Go To" AAA Beef Burger had been warmed up in a microwave before being wrapped in the container. The bun was soggy the lettuce was brown. I had to scrape the sauce and lettuce off of the bun and the layer of soggy gross and still couldn't get rid of the horrid taste from the relish sauce. No option when ordering to remove or replace items such as relish sauce and pickles. Could not sub in Onions Rings instead of fries, had to add it as a full order and then only came with half a dozen rings for $6.50 was a huge disappointment. The pile of fries with the burger was double the serving of the Onions Rings. The fries were great. The onion rings tasted great but way too small for the price.
