"Bnapoli is hands down my favorite restaurant in Western Mass — 5 stars every single time. Their food is consistently delicious, and tonight was no exception! I ordered the Quattro Formaggi pizza and an arugula salad. Confession: I got a little too excited and took a bite of the pizza before remembering I wanted a picture for the review 😂 That should tell you everything you need to know — it smelled too good to wait! The pizza was perfectly cheesy with that amazing crisp-yet-soft crust, and the arugula salad was super fresh and balanced it out beautifully. You already know I’ll be ordering again."

"I had been wanting to try Fletcher's for a while now just got the duck fried Duck Fried Rice and I'm so glad o finally did! The rice was fantail and they did NOT skimp on the duck meat. The Brisket Gyro and Brisket Cheesesteak were really great and the Brisket itself was so flavorful and tender. The waffle fries were seasoned and very flavorful. the horeHorseradish Coleslaw was great and the horseradish was not overwhelming. the Cornbread was so tasty and moist with just the right amount of sweetness. we'll definitely be getting food from Fletcher's again!"
