"Restaurant failed epically on 85% of order with the exception of husband's order of Hamburger Steak and Gravy and the House made Spinach and Archole dip (very ARTICHOKE-y tasting-like they poured the pickled artichoke juice from jar into dip). They changed time of delivery 4-5x and food was over 45min later than original window. Portion of Beef Tips Dinner was smaller than expected w/ pieces of crunchy rice but flavor was good. Broccoli was SO bland and under steamed/cooked. Chicken Fried Steak was undercooked and tasted like a frozen/premade patty. The white gravy was definitely not fresh (super thick and grayish in color). The tops of garlic mashed potatoes were spongy (very weird consistency). The Broccoli and Cheese Soup tasted like it was a powdered packet they hurriedly fixed with too much water. Kids (2) Chicken Tender Basket was meh (fries are covered in Tony's/cajun seasoning). $8 kids Mac & Cheese was a little side dish of Kraft dinner. It will be a VERY long time (if ever) we order from here again."

"I lost my Rotolo's virginity to the Chicken Parm Pasta tonight, and I have no ragrets. I ran a bath, lit some candles, and ate dinner in the tub after a series of terrible days. This pasta was the highlight of my week. I don't know if it was the low lighting or the scent of the vanilla bean candles in the air, but my experience was romantic, to say the least. The cheese pull from the cheese topping was the cheese pull of dreams. I ordered extra chicken, but it wasn't necessary. I now have a meal for tomorrow too. The pasta was perfectly cooked with just the right ratio of pasta to sauce, and everything was hot and fresh. I can't wait to try the pizza next!"

"I ordered 5 lbs of boiled crawfish and 3 potatoes. the crawfish were disappointing on so many levels. there was no traditional crawfish boil seasoning. they were boiled with and tasted like sausage and potatoes. also there were several potatoes, corn and sausage in the crawfish dropping the actual crawfish weight to considerably less than the 5 lbs I paid for. this also made my side order of potatoes redundant. I should add that it also cost twice as much. I should have gone to Rickenjacks. With a name like fiery crab I expected more....AND....there was NO fire...not even a little. ..."

"Usually my burrito is beautiful and a nice size. I couldn't wait to get this burrito and this one I just recieved was smaller than a regular burrito at Taco Bell and I paid $20 for this one burrito. No chips and no extra side jut one burrito for $20 and tacobell could've done better. Usually it's good but this today makes me want to never order again. If quality like this continues I would not order again. Not for $20. Also, food came back like warm. Not fresh."
