"I can't say enough good things about Ananas Cafe! Yesterday, they made a mistake with my order and forgot to include the price, but they were very apologetic and assured me they'd refund the money. Today, I ordered from them again, and they truly went above and beyond to make it right. They upgraded my sub from a half to a full, gave me a large fries instead of a side, and even included a free Coca-Cola and a bag of chips—all to apologize for the previous mistake. I want to emphasize how much I appreciate their amazing service. I wasn’t upset with their error because their service and food are always fantastic, and I even told them I didn’t need compensation. "Shawarmaje used to be one of our absolute go-to spots. We ordered from them every week without even thinking about it because the food was consistently excellent, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Their shawarma sandwiches were light, flavorful, and never felt heavy, which is exactly what kept us coming back.
Over the past few months, though, something changed. The bread they’re using now just isn’t the same. It makes the sandwiches noticeably greasier and heavier, and it takes away from what used to be such a clean, satisfying bite. The flavor is still there, and the quality of the fillings is still strong, which is why it’s honestly frustrating more than anything.
They’re still one of the best in the area, no question. But that bread change has had a real impact. If they went back to what they were using before, it would immediately bring them back to being top tier without hesitation."
